Online Safety

Cyberbullying has become a major problem in the United States. One case where Phoebe Prince, a 15 year old girl hung herself because she was bullied at school, by text messages, and by Facebook. My initial reaction was to feel incredibly bad for her and hate to the kids because hiow can you take bullying so far to make the girl kill herself. Even after she was dead a Facebook page was made as a memorial thing and there was even posts bullying her there. How do you bully somebody after they already killed themselves because of you. She should have deleted her Facebook, blocked all the numbers that were people bullying her, and told her parents about this and had those kids expelled.

Google

One change is that if you have an Android phone and don't sign in on google on the phone, then you cant go onto Gmail or even download apps from the marketplace. Another change is that they are combining all of their privacy policies into one to make thing more simple. Lastly, it is recording your searches more and may even be reading you e-mails if you have a Gmail account. I honestly disagree with the first link, I think I am going to like the changes because it is going to make everything easier and faster. Also, Google already had a lot of your information so I don't think a little more information about you will hurt that much.
