One change is that if you have an Android phone and don't sign in on google on the phone, then you cant go onto Gmail or even download apps from the marketplace. Another change is that they are combining all of their privacy policies into one to make thing more simple. Lastly, it is recording your searches more and may even be reading you e-mails if you have a Gmail account. I honestly disagree with the first link, I think I am going to like the changes because it is going to make everything easier and faster. Also, Google already had a lot of your information so I don't think a little more information about you will hurt that much.
